Key Responsibilities
Assist in hands-on organizing sessions with clients in their homes
Help clients sort, declutter, and decide what to keep or let go
Set up organizational systems (closets, kitchens, offices, etc.)
Label, tidy, and visually elevate spaces in alignment with the Organize by Flo brand
Provide empathetic support and encouragement to clients
Lift and move bins, bags, or items as needed
Occasionally photograph before-and-after results for marketing use
Ideal Candidate
Lives in the Lower Mainland (required)
Has a passion for organizing and making spaces look and feel great
Comfortable working in homes that may be cluttered or emotionally charged
Can take direction but also works well independently
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Has a calm, supportive presence and great communication skills
Bonus if you have experience in organizing, staging, design, or a related field
